National Offender Management Service and Social Enterprise Yorkshire and the Humber present

Reducing Re-Offending Through Social Enterprise Roadshow

Join David Preston, NOMS Social Enterprise Champion and representatives from South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire Probation Trust to learn more about how your social enterprise can become more involved with NOMS.

 

There will be presentations from existing NOMS providers Busters Coffee and Able Project.

The Aim of the event is to improve the social enterprise sector’s understanding of NOMS service development priorities, the present and future policy context and to encourage and support engagement.

The Objectives of the event are:

    To improve Social Enterprises’ understanding of opportunities to work/engage with NOMS/NOMS Co-Finance organisation (CFO)

    To demistify communicating with NOMS

    To assist Social Enterprises in making better informed decisions about developing NOMS targeted services or in considering NOMS within business planning 

    To improve networking  between NOMS and Social Enterprises 

    To improve NOMS staff’s understanding of what Social Enterprise can offer

    To shape and own an action plan for continuing and building the engagement within the region
